Native Americans Against Obama- Are You Ready?

 

 

I am sure many of you are wondering why I am posting this video today.  For those who remember this was made to warn people about this bill.  Today, Obama will sign it into law, thus fulfilling a campaign promise.  The most frightening thing about all this, is that we all knew what to expect, however for myself, I was hopefully for the sake of this country that I was wrong. 

 

It seems that all the change we are trying to fight, is coming about.  Long before many knew who Obama was, we were shouting about his plan for America.  The plan is now playing out, on the world stage.  The strange thing is, that we were warned, but the warnings fell on deaf ears.  The Kool Aid drinkers, were so in love with the very idea of a Obama presidency, that they could not see the forest for the trees.

 

We should not be surprised that, he has cozied up to Chavez, and all the other Dictators around the world.  He stated in the debates, he would do this. As a former member of the Democratic Socialist of America, why would we not expect  him to use a back door method to take control of the banks and Detroit. 

 

The plan forged so long ago, by the Democratic Socialist Party of America, is coming to pass.  The have finally achieved their goal, of taking over the democratic party.  See my blog archives for more info on the Obama and the Democratic Socialist of America. 

 

So now, the civilian military force is going to become a reality, along with all the other socialist policies he promised.  The idea that we have to sit back and watch is almost to much for this liberal to bear.  Strange, how one thinks of themselves as a liberal, but now the liberals are even to liberal for me.

 

The tea parties are the best thing that has happened to America in a long time.  They bring out people from all parties and all walks of life.  They bring to the forefront, the issue of taxes and big government.  The bill being signed today, is just another example of that.  Many new people are joining the movement, and trying to make a change.  The sad thing is this locomotive would have been easier to stop, before it started. 

 

I am a firm believer in this prayer.

 

 God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

 

I know we cannot change the things that are done, like Obama giving the EPA the right to impose the Carbon tax, or the nationalization of the banks.  If you search through this blog, you will find a video of Obama, promising to cripple the coal and gas industry.  This to is about to come to pass.

 

We can, however change the future.  The tea parties should continue, if only  to keep the pressure on.  The real “change” we can make will be in the next election. 

Freedom does not come free, & Neither Does Socialism

Tonight I write out of anger, over the past two years I have warned about what was to come, well the future is here.   As Americans we know all to well that freedom is not free. 

I have always been opossed to Socialism,and know what it has done to the Native Tribes.  I also see that this is the path for the rest of the country.  H.R. 1388 is a bill that will do just that.  Obama and his fellow dems, are attempting to pass. This bill calls for all of us to work for the good of the country.  Sound familar?  It should, if  you know anything about socialism or communism.

Think you could be excluded?  Unless you are dead, theres not muh chance of that.  If you are retired, part of the baby boomers, or a Native tribe, you will work for Obama or pay the price.  Think you are to young?  Even the disabled and the veterans will have work to do for the new government.  Black, white, young old, every race will be included, this means all indian tribes, hispanics, from every state and territory.

 Or poor, or highley educated?  Wrong, all these groups will be told to work..

What will be the pay?  Nothing of course, the money will be given to the state, not you.  Read the bill yourself…This is the price we must all pay for the new United Socialist States of America!

The End is Coming…

I would like to explain my long absence.  Not that there is any excuse for it, as there is not.  But, a explanation, is in order.  Since the election I have tried to continue as before.  This has been a long personal battle, as with most of you, I am tired. 

The shear reality, that we now live in a different time and place than we did one year ago, it utterly frightening.  For the past two years or so, I have been shouting warnings of what was to come.  The dire consequences, of the actions of this country were shouted from the mountain tops, by many.  I shouted with a loud voice, as a warning to all people and tribes.

I can’t help but feel, that these things fell on deaf ears.  Many turned a blind eye to our future.  Now, the future is here, for all to see.  I often thought I would enjoy saying, “I told you so.”   But, that has not happened, I am sadden and frightened by what is happening.

The future is even more frightening, more to myself and others who fought against Obama.  Because we knew the truth, we knew of what was to come.  Sometimes ignorance is bliss, and this is the case, now more than ever.   Those who blindly followed him, like a messiah are now beginning to see the light.  It is a slow process, and one I do not look forward to.

We all are and will pay the price for those blind and deaf people.   That in itself makes me sad.   For the suffering has only begun, and will continue for years to come.  This has been my state of mind for the past few months.  I find it difficult to believe that, two years ago we were all so optimistic. 

Reading the news, or watching videos only makes me sadder.  I see what others did not, that the unheard warnings are coming to pass.  America is becoming a socialist country, just as we all predicted.   Foreclosures, and unemployment are spreading like a uncontrollable disease.   The “savior” is only making things worse. 

The bills that are being passed, with earmarks such as studying the DNA of catfish, or how pigs smell is more important than the welfare of the people.   As I have said all along, you only need to  look at the past to see the future.   Many times I asked you as readers, to really look at the past of Obama, and see who he really is.  Many did not do that, and now we are all reaping what they have sewn.

The future is there for all to see, and I for one do not like what I see.  It is as if we are all banging our heads against a wall, hopeing for a different outcome.   Unforutantley, we cannot change the past, but hopefully we can change the future.   It is very disheartening to invision the FEMA camps, and the vast misery that we may have in the future.   

The world as we know it, is changing.  This is the change that was promised, the end of a country, and the begining of the end.  I have always been a student of history, and of prophecy.  I am seeing things in my lifetime that I never thought I would.  I know it is diffucult, but we must all be ready, because I fear the end is near. 

 The end of the world is what you are thinking I am sure, but thats not what I mean.  As I believe the world will never end, but the end of life as we all know it.  This change, to one that many of us ever imagined.  I am sure most of your remember reading the slow and agonizing death of the old south.  Now, we are wittnessing the slow and agonizing death of America. 

This is what has caused my absence, the fact that the future looks so bleak.  The worst part of it all, is it could have been prevented.

Many times Obama, brought up in his stump speeches, civil service.  Well, here it is mandatroy labor, much like the draft.  To all who supported Obama, do not say you were not warned.  This legislation, if passed will ensure all will serve. Up to 42 years old. (3) The term `national service’ means military service or service in a civilian capacity that, as determined by the President, promotes the national defense, including national or community service and service related to homeland security. (4) The term `Secretary concerned’ means the Secretary of Defense with respect to the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps, the Secretary of Homeland Security with respect to the Coast Guard, the Secretary of Commerce, with respect to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the Secretary of Health and Human Services, with respect to the Public Health Service. (5) The term `United States’, when used in a geographical sense, means the several States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam. (6) The term `uniformed services’ means the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, commissioned corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and commissioned corps of the Public Health Service.   SEC. 102. NATIONAL SERVICE OBLIGATION. (a) Obligation for Service- It is the obligation of every citizen of the United States, and every other person residing in the United States, who is between the ages of 18 and 42 to perform a period of national service as prescribed in this title unless exempted under the provisions of this title. (b) Forms of National Service- The national service obligation under this title shall be performed either–   (1) as a member of an active or reserve component of the uniformed services; or (2) in a civilian capacity that, as determined by the President, promotes the national defense, including national or community service and service related to homeland security.   (c) Age Limits- A person may be inducted under this title only if the person has attained the age of 18 and has not attained the age of 42. SEC. 103. INDUCTION TO PERFORM NATIONAL SERVICE. (a) Induction Requirements- The President shall provide for the induction of persons described in section 102(a) to perform their national service obligation. (b) Limitation on Induction for Military Service- Persons described in section 102(a) may be inducted to perform military service only if– (1) a declaration of war is in effect; (2) the President declares a national emergency, which the President determines necessitates the induction of persons to perform military service, and immediately informs Congress of the reasons for the declaration and the need to induct persons for military service; or (3) members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps are engaged in a contingency operation pursuant to a congressional authorization for the use of military force.   (c) Limitation on Number of Persons Inducted for Military Service- When the induction of persons for military service is authorized by subsection (b), the President shall determine the number of persons described in section 102(a) whose national service obligation is to be satisfied through military service based on–   (1) the authorized end strengths of the uniformed services; and (2) the feasibility of the uniformed services to recruit sufficient volunteers to achieve such end-strength levels. (3) provide a mechanism for the random selection of persons to be inducted to perform military service.   (d) Selection for Induction- (1) RANDOM SELECTION FOR MILITARY SERVICE- When the induction of persons for military service is authorized by subsection (b), the President shall utilize a mechanism for the random selection of persons to be inducted to perform military service. (2) CIVILIAN SERVICE- Persons described in section 102(a) who do not volunteer to perform military service or are not inducted for military service shall perform their national service obligation in a civilian capacity pursuant to section 102(b)(2).   (e) Voluntary Service- A person subject to induction under this title may– (1) volunteer to perform national service in lieu of being inducted; or (2) request permission to be inducted at a time other than the time at which the person is otherwise called for induction.   SEC. 104. TWO-YEAR PERIOD OF NATIONAL SERVICE. (a) General Rule- Except as otherwise provided in this section, the period of national service performed by a person under this title shall be two years. (b) Grounds for Extension- At the discretion of the President, the period of military service for a member of the uniformed services under this title may be extended–   (1) with the consent of the member, for the purpose of furnishing hospitalization, medical, or surgical care for injury or illness incurred in line of duty; or (2) for the purpose of requiring the member to compensate for any time lost to training for any cause.   (c) Early Termination- The period of national service for a person under this title shall be terminated before the end of such period under the following circumstances: (1) The voluntary enlistment and active service of the person in an active or reserve component of the uniformed services for a period of at least two years, in which case the period of basic military training and education actually served by the person shall be counted toward the term of enlistment. (2) The admission and service of the person as a cadet or midshipman at the United States Military Academy, the United States Naval Academy, the United States Air Force Academy, the Coast Guard Academy, or the United States Merchant Marine Academy. (3) The enrollment and service of the person in an officer candidate program, if the person has signed an agreement to accept a Reserve commission in the appropriate service with an obligation to serve on active duty if such a commission is offered upon completion of the program. (4) Such other grounds as the President may establish.   SEC. 105. IMPLEMENTATION BY THE PRESIDENT. (a) In General- The President shall prescribe such regulations as are necessary to carry out this title. (b) Matter to Be Covered by Regulations- Such regulations shall include specification of the following:   (1) The types of civilian service that may be performed in order for a person to satisfy the person’s national service obligation under this title. (2) Standards for satisfactory performance of civilian service and of penalties for failure to perform civilian service satisfactorily. (3) The manner in which persons shall be selected for induction under this title, including the manner in which those selected will be notified of such selection. (4) All other administrative matters in connection with the induction of persons under this title and the registration, examination, and classification of such persons. (5) A means to determine questions or claims with respect to inclusion for, or exemption or deferment from induction under this title, including questions of conscientious objection. (6) Standards for compensation and benefits for persons performing their national service obligation under this title through civilian service. (7) Such other matters as the President determines necessary to carry out this title.   (c) Use of Prior Act- To the extent determined appropriate by the President, the President may use for purposes of this title the procedures provided in the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. App. 451 et seq.), including procedures for registration, selection, and induction. SEC. 106. EXAMINATION AND CLASSIFICATION OF PERSONS. (a) Examination- Every person subject to induction under this title shall, before induction, be physically and mentally examined and shall be classified as to fitness to perform national service. (b) Different Classification Standards- The President may apply different classification standards for fitness for military service and fitness for civilian service. SEC. 107. DEFERMENTS AND POSTPONEMENTS. (a) High School Students- A person who is pursuing a standard course of study, on a full-time basis, in a secondary school or similar institution of learning shall be entitled to have induction under this title postponed until the person–   (1) obtains a high school diploma; (2) ceases to pursue satisfactorily such course of study; or (3) attains the age of 20.   (b) Hardship and Disability- Deferments from national service under this title may be made for– (1) extreme hardship; or (2) physical or mental disability.   (c) Training Capacity- The President may postpone or suspend the induction of persons for military service under this title as necessary to limit the number of persons receiving basic military training and education to the maximum number that can be adequately trained. (d) Termination- No deferment or postponement of induction under this title shall continue after the cause of such deferment or postponement ceases. SEC. 108. INDUCTION EXEMPTIONS. (a) Qualifications- No person may be inducted for military service under this title unless the person is acceptable to the Secretary concerned for training and meets the same health and physical qualifications applicable under section 505 of title 10, United States Code, to persons seeking original enlistment in a regular component of the Armed Forces. (b) Other Military Service- No person shall be liable for induction under this title who–   (1) is serving, or has served honorably for at least six months, in any component of the uniformed services on active duty; or (2) is or becomes a cadet or midshipman at the United States Military Academy, the United States Naval Academy, the United States Air Force Academy, the Coast Guard Academy, the United States Merchant Marine Academy, a midshipman of a Navy accredited State maritime academy, a member of the Senior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps, or the naval aviation college program, so long as that person satisfactorily continues in and completes at least two years training therein.   SEC. 109. CONSCIENTIOUS OBJECTION. (a) Claims as Conscientious Objector- Nothing in this title shall be construed to require a person to be subject to combatant training and service in the uniformed services, if that person, by reason of sincerely held moral, ethical, or religious beliefs, is conscientiously opposed to participation in war in any form. (b) Alternative Noncombatant or Civilian Service- A person who claims exemption from combatant training and service under subsection (a) and whose claim is sustained by the local board shall–   (1) be assigned to noncombatant service (as defined by the President), if the person is inducted into the uniformed services; or (2) be ordered by the local board, if found to be conscientiously opposed to participation in such noncombatant service, to perform national civilian service for the period specified in section 104(a) and subject to such regulations as the President may prescribe.   SEC. 110. DISCHARGE FOLLOWING NATIONAL SERVICE. (a) Discharge- Upon completion or termination of the obligation to perform national service under this title, a person shall be discharged from the uniformed services or from civilian service, as the case may be, and shall not be subject to any further service under this title. (b) Coordination With Other Authorities- Nothing in this section shall limit or prohibit the call to active service in the uniformed services of any person who is a member of a regular or reserve component of the uniformed services. SEC. 111. REGISTRATION OF FEMALES UNDER THE MILITARY SELECTIVE SERVICE ACT. (a) Registration Required- Section 3(a) of the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. 453(a)) is amended–   (1) by striking `male’ both places it appears; (2) by inserting `or herself’ after `himself’; and (3) by striking `he’ and inserting `the person’.   (b) Conforming Amendment- Section 16(a) of the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. App. 466(a)) is amended by striking `men’ and inserting `persons’. SEC. 112. RELATION OF TITLE TO REGISTRATION AND INDUCTION AUTHORITY OF MILITARY SELECTIVE SERVICE ACT. (a) Registration- Section 4 of the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. App. 454) is amended by inserting after subsection (g) the following new subsection:   `(h) This section does not apply with respect to the induction of persons into the Armed Forces pursuant to the Universal National Service Act of 2007.’. (b) Induction- Section 17(c) of the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. App. 467(c)) is amended by striking `now or hereafter’ and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting `inducted pursuant to the Universal National Service Act of 2007.’. TITLE II–FAVORABLE TREATMENT OF COMBAT PAY UNDER EARNED INCOME TAX CREDIT MADE PERMANENT SEC. 201. FAVORABLE TREATMENT OF COMBAT PAY UNDER EARNED INCOME TAX CREDIT MADE PERMANENT. (a) In General- Clause (vi) of section 32(c)(2)(B) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (defining earned income) is amended to read as follows:   `(vi) a taxpayer may elect for any taxable year to treat amounts excluded from gross income by reason of section 112 as earned income.’. (b) Effective Date- The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply to taxable years ending after December 31, 2006.

Acorn Office Raided!.. Voter Fraud in Vegas

LAS VEGAS — Nevada state authorities are raiding the Las Vegas headquarters of an organization that works to get low-income people to vote. 

A Nevada secretary of state’s office spokesman said Tuesday that investigators are looking for evidence of voter fraud at the office of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, also called ACORN. 

No one was at the ACORN office when state agents arrived with a search warrant and began carting records and documents away. 

Secretary of State spokesman Bob Walsh says ACORN is accused of submitting multiple voter registrations with false and duplicate names. 

The raid comes two months after state and federal authorities formed a task force to pursue election-fraud allegations in Nevada.

 

The Obama Nation has begun…Corsi held

It has been reported today, by worldnet dailey, that Dr. Corsi the aurthor of Obama Nation, is being held by immigration officals in Keyna.  Police picked him up at his hotel, in keyna this morning.  Dr. Corsi was getting ready to issue a press confrence today, in regard to his findings of his investagation of Obama.  He was to speak about the connection between Obama and the Kenyian government.

Corsi, the author of the No. 1 best-selling book “The Obama Nation,” was picked up by authorities at his hotel at 9:45 a.m. and detained at Nyayo House, the provincial headquarters for Nairobi.

“Just as we were about to start the 10 a.m. press conference at the Grand Regency Hotel in Nairobi, Kenyan immigration approached us and detained us,” Corsi told WND by telephone this morning. “Tim Bueler, my publicist, and I are now in the immigration offices, with our passports taken. The immigration officer told the press, ‘There is no problem, and Dr. Corsi is a friend of Kenya.'”

Unconfirmed reports say Corsi has been taken by government officials to the airport. He has not been available by phone or e-mail since 9:30 a.m. Eastern time.

A senior immigration official in charge of investigations, Carlos Maluta was quoted by the Associated Press as saying: “We still haven’t decided what to do with him.”

Corsi promised a news conference today that would “expose details of deep secret ties between U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama and a section of Kenya government leaders, their connection to certain sectoral groups in Kenya and subsequent plot to be executed in Kenya should Senator Obama win the American presidency.”

It is clear now, that speaking out about Obama, will not be tolerated.  This should be plain to every American.  If this can be done to a person in the public spotlight, like Dr. Corsi, then what will happen to the rest of us?

I have to say the idea, is frightening to say the least.  It was also reported by KMOV TV ANCHOR  that Obama’s presidential campaign is asking Missouri law enforcement to target anyone who lies or runs a misleading television ad.

This is begining to look more like a socialist party, than the democratic party.   It is a sad day, when the United States looks more like the USSR, than a free republic. 

UPDATE: IT IS NOW REPORTED THAT DR. CORSI IS BEING DEPORTED FROM KENYA, AND WAS NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE A PRESS CONFRENCE FROM KENYA.

McCain Suspends Campain when the Wolves are At The Door..

John McCain suspends campain to deal with Economic Problems. All the while Senator Obama’s pulling down almost $300,000 a year from Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Bear Stearns, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, AIG, Countrywide Financial, and Washington Mutual? He has not even completed his fourth year in the Senate and received a total of $1,093,329.00 from these eight companies and their employees. (all data from OpenSecrets.org).

John McCain warned of this and tried to pass a bill to stop this, it was blocked by the democrats.  So, we have to ask ourselves, who really cares about this country?  And who really cares about his own financial assets.

 If a bill is not passed it could cause  the markets could open on Monday with a catastrophic loss if they think the rest of the investment banks will collapse (which is very possible without the bailout). There are only a few left and those have no cash at the moment. If investors panic start selling off stocks to liquidate and get cash en masse, the market could collapse.

What will Obama do?  Nothing… He already stated he will continue to campain, and give speeches. What else will obama do?  The answer is clear, just take more payoffs from these companies…….

John McCain’s numbers, according to OpenSecrets.org for the period 1990-2008 (i.e., 18 years worth of data) only collected $549,584.00. In other words, Barack is receiving $273,582.25 (and 2008 is not over) per year while McCain raised a paltry $30,532.44.

Ever wonder just why, they are all giving Obama cash? It seems as though everyone  wants to blame the Wall Street mess on Republicans.  But the real truth is that the real estate market and the big players on Wall Street have been a Democratic game. McCain’s hands are clean when it comes to this mess. That is not spin, that is a fact. He proposed legislation back in 2006 to start addressing the abuses of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac but the Democrats would have none of it.

The mortgage industry holds the highest debt margin in the U.S. economy.

When Fannie Mae issues the MBS she is guaranteeing the investors a return on their investment and, at the same time, providing a source of funds to supply additional mortgages.

You see, Fannie May needed some help on wall street, and to whom did they turn?  Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and AIG, just to name some of the  prominent ones. 

It appears that James Johnson was in charge of Fannie Mae for 16 of the last 18 years.  Barack initially had him head up the Vice Presidential search team. He was Walter Mondale’s campaign manager in the 1984 mess and chaired the search committee for John Kerry. But he started as Vice Chairman of Fannie Mae in 1990, quickly moved up to be the CEO, and left Fannie in 1999 as Chairman of the Executive Committee.

 He also was one of the  directors of the board of Goldman Sachs in 1999 and also served as the Managing Director of Corporate Finance for Lehman Brothers. Then in 2005 Franklin Raines resigned from Fannie Mae, accused of being in charge when the books were crooked.  In  other words, top execitives made tons of money, when securites were sold.  Then it was discovered by the (SEC) Securities & Exchange Commission’s top accountant Fannie misstated earnings for 3 1/2 years, leading to an estimated $9 billion restatement that will wipe out 40% of profits from 2001 to mid-2004. In other words, they lied….

One thing about Franklin Raines. The Obama campaign can insist he is not an “official” advisor, but before the market blew up Raines was described in the Washington Post on 16 July 2008 as “taking calls from Barack Obama’s presidential campaign seeking his advice on mortgage and housing policy matters.” So, as you can see, Obama may claim not to know anything, but clearly he is in this mess deep.

 Fannie Mae was not just “selling” mortgage securities. It was also using its financial power to advance the agenda of the Democratic Party.  I thought the democrats were sopposed to be for the working man. Not the party to lie to line the pockets of the rich.  It appears, we were mislead again……….

How often do I have to say, this is not the party I knew…..

Living On Borrowered Time…..

I understand that today’s economy is on every ones mind.  The question that most comes to mind, is how would a Obama Presidency effect our already fading economy?  The answer is clear, it would be devastating. 

The clear comparison between today’s failing economy and the “Great depression”, are to similar to ignore.   During the 1920’s there was a period of unequivocal spending.  This was a very prosperous time, the automobile was becoming affordable for every American family.

Much like the dream of owning a home today. The housing bubble that is bursting as we speak, has and will be devastating for the American economy.  The Meir reality is that it is only getting worse.  Many think that a “depression” is unlikely.   I however, am a realist.  I believe it is very possible, and very likely.

No economy can continue on the path we have been on for so many years, without repercussions. We are living on Borrowed time, literally.

For the most part, economists now know that the stock market did not cause the 1929 crash. It was itself a symptom of wildly erratic shifts in the nation’s money supply. The Federal Reserve System was the primary culprit, having stimulated a boom with dirt-cheap interest rates and easy money in the early ‘ 20s. By 1929, the central bank had jacked up rates so high that it choked off the boom and forced a reduction in the money supply by one-third between 1929 and 1933.

Sound familiar?  Easy Money?  Our the past few years, anyone with a heart beat could by a home.  The prices were inflated to unprecedented levels.   Credit cards, bad credit loans for anything you could wish for were dished out, like ice cream on a scoop.   I know, because my day job is mortgage servicing. 

The amount of ignorance and greed I have seen it unexplainable.  A single man 19 years old with no co-signer, who is employed at Walmart, can buy a 170,000.00 home.   That’s right, even if he has only been working at  Walmart for 3 months.    And even if he only makes 20,000.00 a year!  

I am sure many of you, who have not been involved in this scam, find this hard to believe.  This is how it works, a broker attempts to sell a home to this young man who works at Walmart, the home price is inflated due to rising markets.  In other words, in a few years the property will not be worth what is owed on it.  The broker will be paid for a sale, not the quality of the sale.

The buyer fills out a credit application, and does not have to verify any of the information.  No employment verification, no references, nothing.  If the new buyer does not have enough income, that’s OK.  The broker can clearly help out with that.  If you receive Child Support, add that in.  It does not matter if it is not always there.  If you babysit, add that in, be sure to add some extra to ensure you have enough income to qualify for the loan.

In other words, say you have more income than you really have.  It was fine, cause no one checks, remember?  No Money down was also a easy fix, these lenders just gave them a second mortgage for that. This makes the investment from a new buyer $0.00.

These loans are then signed, much to the buyers surprise, at a really high monthly payment.  You see, the lenders do a financial analysis for them.  Then tell the buyer you can afford a $800.00 a month payment.  Now remember, this is based on false income information. 

Some buyers attempt to tell the lender, this is not possible, but pushy brokers, simply tell them its OK.  In a year, we will refinance you and lower your payments.  That refinance, never comes.  So, what we have, is many, many buyers would should not have qualified. They struggle for a few years, just trying to get by. 

Then the single man, gets married and starts a family.  This is a problem, mainly beacuse he could hardly afford the mortgage before.  Now, he has two more mouths to feed, and also a car and truck payment.   He applies for credit cards, and begins to pay his bills with his credit cards.  By now, this is all that’s keeping him from being homeless.

Circumstances such as the example above, are common in today’s mortgage world.  Once these loans are finished, they are sold in bulk to financial institutions.  Most servicers, trust that they are “good paper”.  (good credit, good job) But in the reality, most are not.  It is only when the servicer begins to attempt to collect, that the truth comes out.  By then it is to late, and they end up with a note that is only worth a foreclosure. 

Now that lenders are trying to tighten things up, due to all the problems the lies have caused.  So once these loans are foreclosed on, they sit unsold.  Now, with inflated prices, and tightening up the lending practices, many buyers cannot qualify.  Why?  cause they really have to qualify.  No more lies, about your job, income or anything. All of a sudden you have to prove what is on your credit application. 

This causes a trickle down effect, no credit, no more living on borrowed time.  No more, three or fours cars, or houses that you can’t afford.  This effects all of the economy, banks close, jobs are lost and everyone stops buying cars, houses, and many other items.  So, now comes the government to bail us all out.  In  other words, its a band aid on a mortal wound.

In 1930, Congress took a recession and turned it into a Great Depression. It raised tariffs so high they virtually closed the borders to imports and exports. It doubled income tax rates in 1932. Franklin Roosevelt, who campaigned on a platform of less government, actually gave America much more. His “New Deal” raised taxes (he once proposed a 99.5 percent tax rate on incomes over $100,000), punished investment, and smothered business with red tape and regulations.

If you think it can’t happen, think again.  Obama wishes to raise taxes, and slow international trade.  More government is his plan, again all we have to do is look to the past to see the future.   Needless to say, to raise taxes and add more government could lead to another “depression”.   Not to mention the fact, that Obama has no idea how to fix this problem. The thing is, it may not be a fixable problem.   He took funds to do nothing, now what is it worth to fix it?  We will find out, as our taxes will pay for it….This only proves the corruption deep within the party.  This party must be stopped at all costs, our future depends on it…

Sex Education For Every Kindergardener!

7        Sec. 27-9.1.  Sex Education.
8        (a) No pupil shall be required to take or participate  in
9    any  class  or  course  in comprehensive sex education if the
10    pupil’s his parent  or  guardian  submits  written  objection
11    thereto, and refusal to take or participate in such course or
12    program  shall  not  be reason for suspension or expulsion of
13    such  pupil.  Each  class  or  course  in  comprehensive  sex
14    education offered in any of  grades  K  6  through  12  shall
15    include instruction on the prevention of sexually transmitted
16    infections, including the prevention, transmission and spread
17    of HIV AIDS. Nothing in this Section prohibits instruction in
18    sanitation, hygiene or traditional courses in biology.

Ok, so let me ask, just how do you teach a five year old about AIDS.  Or transmittable infections, unless you teach   sex.  To teach any five year old sex,  is just wrong.  Thankfully, this bill did not pass, but the attempt was there, by Obama.  He did not sponcer it, but did vote for this bill.

I have always considered myself a liberal, but this election season, nothing surprises me anymore.  I have a granddaughter who started kindergarten this year.  The very thought of this kind of legislation, makes me sick.  How anyone could think this is ok is beyond me.  The Obama campaign would like everyone to think it is not true, but here is the bill, read it for yourself and decide.

All’s Fair in Lies & War?

Many politicians seem to be above the law, but none more than Obama. His attempt to make a back room deal with General Petreaus, and Foreign Minister Hoshvar on the withdraw of forces from Iraq, shows his true colors.  There has been little debate, among PUMA members that Obama is anti – American.  But this latest attempt, shows more of his non-concern for American troops.  They are but another political ploy in his strategy.

 

It is reported in the New York Post & also Fox News   today:

 

WHILE campaigning in public for a speedy withdrawal of US troops from Iraq, Sen. Barack Obama has tried in private to persuade Iraqi leaders to delay an agreement on a draw-down of the American military presence.

According to Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, Obama made his demand for delay a key theme of his discussions with Iraqi leaders in Baghdad in July.

“He asked why we were not prepared to delay an agreement until after the US elections and the formation of a new administration in Washington,” Zebari said in an interview.

Obama insisted that Congress should be involved in negotiations on the status of US troops – and that it was in the interests of both sides not to have an agreement negotiated by the Bush administration in its “state of weakness and political confusion.”

“However, as an Iraqi, I prefer to have a security agreement that regulates the activities of foreign troops, rather than keeping the matter open.” Zebari says.

Though Obama claims the US presence is “illegal,” he suddenly remembered that Americans troops were in Iraq within the legal framework of a UN mandate. His advice was that, rather than reach an accord with the “weakened Bush administration,” Iraq should seek an extension of the UN mandate.

While in Iraq, Obama also tried to persuade the US commanders, including Gen. David Petraeus, to suggest a “realistic withdrawal date.” They declined.

Obama has made many contradictory statements with regard to Iraq. His latest position is that US combat troops should be out by 2010. Yet his effort to delay an agreement would make that withdrawal deadline impossible to meet.

Supposing he wins, Obama’s administration wouldn’t be fully operational before February – and naming a new ambassador to Baghdad and forming a new negotiation team might take longer still.

By then, Iraq will be in the throes of its own campaign season. Judging by the past two elections, forming a new coalition government may then take three months. So the Iraqi negotiating team might not be in place until next June.

Then, judging by how long the current talks have taken, restarting the process from scratch would leave the two sides needing at least six months to come up with a draft accord. That puts us at May 2010 for when the draft might be submitted to the Iraqi parliament – which might well need another six months to pass it into law.

 

I have to assume Obama, has never heard of Logan’s Law:

The Logan Act is a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments. It was passed in 1799 and last amended in 1994. Violation of the Logan Act is a felony, punishable under federal law with imprisonment of up to three years.

The text of the Act is broad and is addressed at any attempt of a US citizen to conduct foreign relations without authority. However, there is no record of any convictions or even prosecutions under the Logan Act.^[1][2]

Passed under the administration of President John Adams, during tension between the U.S. and France, it was informally named for Dr. George Logan of Pennsylvania, a state legislator (and later US Senator) and pacifist who in 1798 engaged in semi-negotiations with France during the Quasi-War.^[1]

Kevin Kearney, writing in the Emory Law Journal, described Dr. Logan’s activities in France:

Upon his arrival in Paris, he met with various French officials, including Talleyrand. During these meetings, he identified himself as a private citizen, discussed matters of general interest to the French, and told his audience that anti-French sentiment was prevalent in the United States. Logan’s conversation with Merlin de Douai, who occupied the highest political office in the French republic, was typical. Logan stated that he did not intend to explain the American government’s position, nor to criticize that of France. Instead, he suggested ways in which France could improve relations with the United States, to the benefit of both countries. He also told Merlin that pro-British propagandists in the United States were portraying the French as corrupt and anxious for war, and were stating that any friend of French principles necessarily was an enemy of the United States. Within days of Logan’s last meeting, the French took steps to relieve the tensions between the two nations; they lifted the trade embargo then in place, and released American seamen held captive in French jails. Even so, it seems that Logan’s actions were not the primary cause of the Directory’s actions; instead, Logan had merely provided convenient timing for the implementation of a decision that had already been made.^[3]

This is what Obama was trying to stop, so he could take the credit for the withdraw.

Zebari: US and Iraq close to signing pact
Monday, September 15, 2008 07:46 GMT

Iraqi Foreign Minister Hosheyar Zebari announced that the United States and Iraq are close to signing an agreement that might allow the withdrawal of most US Forces from Iraq from the present time until the year 2011 considering that any early US withdrawal might slip the country anew into violence. Zebari explained that the Parliament has one text of the security agreement that requires a political resolution to be accepted by the government.

The Foreign Minister asserted that Iraq is ready to resume talks with the United States and Iran and is discussing with both parties a date to hold a new round of talks. Zebari revealed that Al Qaeda is facing difficulties in Iraq due to US strikes strategy, the improvement of Iraqi security forces and the unity of Sunni leaders against insurgents. He added however that this progress is still not enough as it should be supported by political improvement.

Obama does NOT want to see any more plans to bring troops home, being announced before election day.

 

So, we all already know Obama thinks he is above the law, so what’s one more law broken matter? So, I have to assume alls fair in lies & war?  At least that’s how it seems, while campaigning against the war in Iraq, he is again trying to fool the American people.  Where are those 527’s when you need them?

We  We have all heard the stories of bravery and honor as we nodded our heads. We have all heard the stories of hardships,suffering and injustice as we shook our heads. This is a story of both.  My name is Richard and I am Prairie Band Potawatomi  but this story concerns all Native Americans who ever served in the United States armed forces.    We were unjustly and illegally taxed by our individual states while serving in uniform .I grew up in Kansas on the reservation and joined the army in 1981 when I was 20 years old.  I joined out of a sense of patriotism and pride in my country. Most of the adult men  and several women  in my family served in the armed forces.    When I joined the army it was my first real job including paying and filing taxes.I served my country 20 years and am a Gulf war veteran with a 60% disability rating from the VA. I retired September 1st 2001. Two years after I retired I found out that  myself and every other Native American who claimed the reservation as our homes when we joined  were illegally taxed.  In 2001 ,in keeping with tribal sovereignty, the policy of witholding state taxes from our military pay was changed. Although the  illegal taxation of Native service members  has stopped we have not yet received   our money back .        As a group Native Americans have served this country in greater numbers year after year than any other ethnic group in history.    Most or a majority  of them were undoubtedly  living on their reservation or other Indian lands when they joined and therefore not subject to state taxes.    We served honorably and some of us never came home. After learning of this illegal taxation I asked a friend to help write a petition in hopes of regaining the money  that was taken from us. I am not the only one. If I joined in 1981 and served 20 years and was taxed by my state the whole time.What about all the Native Peoples who served since WW1. I heard of the Native Reels Project and had this story to share

Senator Obama- Where Were You?- No Show Again?

Below is a speech made by John McCain this morning in regard to Sept. 11.  Sentor Obama, was a no show, but did send a email….Think I am joking?  I am not, at the end of the article you can find a link to the source…..This shows his clear lack of concern for America. This is just a appalling as his refusal to visit wounded soldiers.

How could any American be so inconsiderate as to not say a few words today.   Obama, who wants to be the leader of the free world, could not even take more than enough time to right a email.   Please remember this the next time, you ask me “WHY MCCAIN?………………..

Republican John McCain, in Shanksville, Pa.:

No American living then should ever forget the heroism that occurred in the skies above this field on Sept. 11, 2001. It is believed that the terrorists on United Flight 93 may have intended to crash the airplane into the United States Capitol. Hundreds if not thousands of people would have been at work in that building when that fateful moment occurred, and been destroyed along with a beautiful symbol of our freedom. They and, very possibly I, owe our lives to the passengers who summoned the courage and love necessary to deny our depraved and hateful enemies their terrible triumph.

I have witnessed great courage and sacrifice for America’s sake, but none greater than the sacrifice of those good people who grasped the gravity of the moment, understood the threat, and decided to fight back at the cost of their lives.

I spoke at the memorial service for one of them, Mark Bingham. I acknowledged that few of us could say we loved our country as well as he and all the heroes of Sept. 11 had. The only means we possess to thank them is to try to be as good an American as they were. We might fall well short of their standard, but there is honor in the effort.

In the Gospel of John it is written, ‘Greater love hath no man than this: that a man lay down his life for his friends.’ Such was their love; a love so sublime that only God’s love surpasses it. I am in awe of it as much as I am in debt to it. May God bless their souls.

I cannot how happy and proud I am today.  John McCain has done the most extraordinary thing.   He did what the Democrats did not have the courage to do.  By naming Sarah Palin to be his Vice Presidential choice.  Here is a little background on Sarah:

On September 11, 2007, the Palins’ eighteen-year-old son Track, eldest of five, joined the Army.^[53] He now serves in an infantry brigade and will be deployed to Iraq in September 2008. She also has three daughters: Bristol, 17; Willow, 13; and Piper, 7.^[6] On April 18, 2008, Palin gave birth to her second son, Trig Paxson Van Palin, who has Down syndrome.^[54] She returned to the office three days after giving birth.^[10] Palin refused to let the results of prenatal genetic testing change her decision to have the baby. “I’m looking at him right now, and I see perfection,” Palin said. “Yeah, he has an extra chromosome. I keep thinking, in our world, what is normal and what is perfect?”^[10]

Details of Palin’s personal life have contributed to her political image. She hunts, eats moose hamburger, ice fishes, rides snowmobiles, and owns a float plane.^[12][55] Palin holds a lifetime membership with the National Rifle Association.

The question I have to ask, of the Obama camp, and the biased media is how long before the attacks start?  The clear sexism durning this election, was very apparent.   I am sure it will begin again, the question is how soon? 

 

I also wanted to thank John McCain, for showing women in this country we do not need to be thrown under the bus!  And giving us, the respect so deserved.

Poverty Of Native Americans Ignored By Obama

I have to say that this was a very difficult video to make. I want to be clear that the main reason I made it was to rasie awarness, and show the pandering of Obama to the Native American Community. 

As to the problem of Poverty and unemployment on alot of our reservations, it is a undenable fact.  With 70% unemployment and no running water, the conditions are unexceptable.  Our Policticians have ignored this problem for to long.  The meare promise of “Change” does not make it so.  We need someone who will stand up for all peoples rights. 

I have to admit, that until recently I was not aware that they problem was so widespread.  I am a mixed blood, from the Eastern Cherokee Band.  However, I have lived my entire life in White America.  Both my parents were mixed race.  Both from a German immigrant fathers and Cherokee mothers.  However, my mothers family choose to live as whites, and “pass”.  My fathers was slightly different, they choose to live white, and simply ignore my grandmother and her “strange ways”, as the rest of the family called it.

Poverty was not something I knew, as A young child. This was due to my parents living within the white community, I had little contact with my Native Heritage.  My earlisest memeory of this, was when my father took me to the burial mounds in Southern Ohio.  I was about 5, and not really interested.  But that day my father told me things, that I still carry with me to this day. 

He showned me the mounds, and we looked for arrowheads.  The place was called Flint Ridge, and pieces of flint could be found lying all ove the ground.  My father held up a small piece of flint, and then he said, “never forget where you came from”. 

I have to say at the age of 5, I had no idea what he was talking about.   It was only when I got older I understood the meaning of his words. 

It was my fathers words, that lead me on a journey into History.  I have learned alot along the way, some good, some bad.  Through the Rolls, I learned who some of my family members were, most of them I have never met. But most of all, I have learned who I truly am.  

it is heartbreaking for me, to see Native Americans fooled again by a politician.   This has happened so many times, like a circle that never ends.  The problems on the Reservations, will not go away by a politician making promises. The issues are real and affect real people.  Until we have someone who will stand up for us, and do something, nothing will change.

It sadens my heart to think of the young people who are being so mislead by Obama.   The promise of “hope and change’ is very appealing, to those who are in such despeate need.  But hope and change are not the answer to our problems.  We need real solutions, to real problems. 

It is the goal of Native Americans Against Obama, to educate all who will listen.   I hope we can at least, inform voters of the truth.  I will not tell anyone who to vote for, but can only hope as a voter they will learn as much as possible and think before you vote.
